Ecommerce Tracking Overview

WP Fusion enhances your ecommerce platform’s integration with your CRM, enabling you to create contacts and apply tags when products are purchased. However, only contact data is transferred and not transaction details. To address this limitation, WP Fusion offers an Ecommerce Addon exclusively available to Plus and Professional license holders.

The Ecommerce Addon allows you to create separate order records in your CRM’s ecommerce platform, including details such as products purchased, coupons and discounts used, shipping, and taxes. This integration improves campaign creation, automations, and sales performance monitoring through your CRM’s reporting tools.

How it Works

When a customer checks out, WP Fusion will create an order record and send it to your CRM. If your CRM supports products, WP Fusion will also create new product records and associate them with the order. Currently, the Ecommerce Addon works with the following CRMs:

Supported Plugins

The Ecommerce Addon includes enhanced ecommerce data support for the following plugins:

WooCommerce

The Ecommerce Addon provides enhanced ecommerce data for all WooCommerce orders, including support for products, variations, quantities, discounts, shipping, and taxes. In CRMs where Products are separate entities from Orders, you can associate your WooCommerce products with CRM products by selecting them from the product dropdowns. Variable products can be associated with their individual variations.

Easy Digital Downloads

The Ecommerce Addon sends enhanced ecommerce data for all Easy Digital Downloads orders, including support for downloads, download price IDs, discounts, and taxes. In CRMs where Products are separate entities from Orders, you can associate your Easy Digital Downloads products with CRM products by selecting them from the product dropdown.

LifterLMS

The Ecommerce Addon provides enhanced ecommerce data for all purchases of access plans in LifterLMS, including support for discounts. In CRMs where Products are separate entities from Orders, you can associate your LifterLMS access plans with CRM products by selecting them from the product dropdown while editing the access plan.

Gravity Forms

The Ecommerce Addon sends enhanced ecommerce data to your CRM for any Gravity Forms payment form that has a WP Fusion feed configured. Currently, there are no configurable options. The integration supports products, shipping, discounts, and product options (i.e., addons). The activity logs will show the synced data and any errors encountered.

MemberPress

The Ecommerce Addon provides enhanced ecommerce data for all MemberPress membership purchases, including recurring subscription payments. In CRMs where Products are separate entities from Orders, you can associate your MemberPress membership products with CRM products by selecting them from the product dropdown while editing the membership level.

Event Espresso

The Ecommerce Addon sends enhanced ecommerce data for all Event Espresso ticket purchases. In CRMs where Products are separate entities from Orders, you can associate your Event Espresso tickets with CRM products by selecting them from the product dropdown while editing the ticket.

Give

The Ecommerce Addon sends enhanced ecommerce data for all donations made in Give. In CRMs where Products are separate entities from Orders, you can associate your Give donation levels with CRM products by selecting them from the product dropdown while editing the donation level.
